Making Order:
Step 1:
Simply email your orders to mailto:momome.s11@gmail.com with the following details…
♥ Full Name
♥ Contact Number
♥ Email Address
♥ Mailing Address (pls double check to cfm)
♥ Item Name/Number Together with its size/colour/quantity for each item
Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.
Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.
Step 2 :
Once payment is received, orders will be sent out immediately via normal, registered or express postage. If the items run out of stock we will notice customer immediately via email and the item will be withdrawn from the order.
♥ Payment Method
All payment to be made via ATM or internet transfer to: DBS Savings Acount (account number will be sent to you by email upon receipt of your Order for security purpose)
Please notify us via email when payment has been made so that we can vertify payment received. Kindly indicate your bank account number and amount of payment so we can track your payment and order faster and easily.
♥ All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
♥ All prices are inclusive of shipping cost of items to Singapore except local delivery charges.
♥ Upon payment, the products will arrive Singapore in approximately 7-10 working days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.
Step 3:
Delivery
The products will reach Singapore in approximately 7 - 10 working days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Delivery can be as follows:
♥ Mail delivery. Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail**. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail. Normal mail postage for parcel below 7 items will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50. There will be an additional SGD2.25 for registered mail. For parcel more than 8 items, the charges may vary depends on weights and will go by Singpost local courier service rate.
♥ Local courier service. This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent article and for article which exceeds 2KG in weight. The minimum charge will be SGD9.15. Items will be received on the same day of delivery in Singapore.
♥ 50% of deposit or full payment is NEEDED before the order is make.
♥ Strictly no self collection is available.
