1. Do you corporate with this supplier before?
Yes, we do. we corporate more than 1 year, because only this supplier offer the best price and can arrive in Singapore within 10days [estimation not sure] if the stock are available and payment process is smooth.

2. Is it all the cloths material, quality is okay?
This is a very subjective question. Some customers are very fussy, some are very cincai, as for us, we very cincai, as long as they suit to us, look nice, not so transparent then will be okay ~so everyone will have different of view~we would not say ALL material quality is okay but we can say overall they are. Some are very nice, beautiful, elegant, thick some are okay and some are bad, transparent~ is depends on luck~ for a small reminder, risk is beared by customer

3. Since is same supplier why is different batch will be different quality?
My supplier is not a agent, is a factory having many customers from different countries. For example: Cloths A my supplier produce 100piece quantity, i order 20 pieces, other customer order 80 pieces, my supplier sold out, they will reproduce again~once they reproduce again~different material, different color, different quality~

4. Which means that U cant confirm n guarantee how is the overall quality?
YES, we CANNOT confirm and guarantee the quality, material, color, etc. If customer who does really mind the material and very high demand on material we advise please do not place order with us to avoid any circumstances.We shall not do any refund for too transparent, not same like picture, bad material, small part of stain,size too small or big, color not same with the picture and etc.

5. What is shipping policy?

Within Singapore: Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail. Normal mail postage for parcel below 7 items will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50. There will be an additional SGD2.25 for registered mail. For parcel more than 8 items, the charges may vary depends on weights and will go by Singpost local courier service rate.

6. What if item(s) is out of stock?
If payment was made and item(s) are out of stock, customer will be informed via email. Within 2 days from our notification, customer may either request for :
a) Fully refund for the item(s) via bank transfer; or
b) Selection of other item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded.
